Fill in your personal information, including name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, nationality, religion, ID number, email address, etc. Please ensure that you have never used another passport to enter Vietnam and that you do not hold dual citizenship or have violated Vietnamese law.

Next, you need to fill in the information related to your visa. You can choose a single entry or multiple entries visa to Vietnam. Then, please provide detailed passport information, including passport type, number, issuing place, date of issue, and expiry date, while confirming that you do not have any other valid passports. Subsequently, please provide your long-term residential address, the name, phone number, residence address, and relationship of your emergency contact person, and then provide your occupation, company or school name, address, position or major, and phone number.

After completing the above information, you need to provide information related to this entry, including purpose of entry, planned residence, address, phone number, etc. In addition, you need to fill in the expected number of days staying in Vietnam, date of entry, port of entry, port of exit, city or province, and Vietnamese contact phone number. Next, please confirm whether you have visited Vietnam in the past year and whether you have relatives living in Vietnam. If there are accompanying children under 14 years old, please provide their relevant information. Finally, please fill in the expected travel budget expenditure.

Hong Kong travelers can also contact the Vietnamese Consulate General in Hong Kong to directly apply for a Vietnamese visa (traditional visa). Applicants need to prepare their original Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport, visa application form, passport photos and other documents. The processing time takes approximately 5 to 7 working days.
