1. If typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning or above is issued two hours before departure, the tour may be rescheduled. The paid tour fee will be retained for rescheduling purposes but must be within the same group of participants.
2. A minimum of 28 participants are required to form a tour group. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified one day before departure and can choose to keep your payment for future registration.
3. The order of images/itinerary is for reference only. The actual arrangement is subject to change depending on the situation on the departure day. No further notice will be given for any changes.
4. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.
5. During free activities, personal safety and belongings are the responsibility of the participants. The travel agency is not liable for any accidents or losses.
6. Once registered, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not permitted.
7. If a participant is unable to attend the activity on the departure day due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued and it will be considered as automatic forfeiture.

• In case of adverse weather, the boat owner will decide whether to sail or change the itinerary based on the situation, prioritizing safety above all else. The boat owner reserves the right to make the final decision regarding departure and itinerary.
• The sailing schedule will remain unchanged and no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

i) A typhoon signal No. 1 or a red rainstorm warning is in effect before departure;

ii) A typhoon signal No. 1 or a red rainstorm warning is in effect before boarding, or if the signal changes from a higher typhoon signal to No. 1 within two hours before boarding, and the black rainstorm warning signal changes to a red rainstorm warning. Renters should stay in close contact with the boat owner to confirm the itinerary for the day.

• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or a black rainstorm warning is still in effect two hours before departure, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled.
