Kinnso Member Terms of Use

These terms set forth the necessary provisions for Kinnso and its various services. Please read the Kinnso Membership Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") and agree to be bound by them and the relevant laws before confirming your use of Kinnso's services.

Definitions

Specific terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

"Kinnso," "Kinnso Business," "this Platform," or "this Service" refers to Kinnso's "Kinnso WhatsApp Subscription Service" or "Kinnso Line Subscription Service," which are electronic messaging services that periodically send product promotions and event information based on customer subscriptions.

"Hong Kong" refers to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

"Including" means including but not limited to.

"You" refers to the person to whom this Platform provides services or delivers goods and who is required to pay for the goods delivered by this Platform.

"Third Party," "Third Party Licensors," "Third Party Suppliers" include but are not limited to business partners, service providers such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, infrastructure provision, IT services, event management, customer service, email delivery services, credit card processing, audit services, and other similar services.

"Third Party Materials" refers to software, text, data, images, photos, graphics, videos, marks, logos, materials, or information provided, uploaded, transmitted, submitted, or uploaded by third parties (including merchants or service providers), or originating from third parties (including those accessible through third party links).

"Kinnso WhatsApp" or "this Service" refers to the fully automated virtual service that allows you to communicate with this Platform through the WhatsApp platform, including all business partners using the Kinnso WhatsApp platform to communicate with you, and the Kinnso WhatsApp subscription service.

"WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Messenger" refer to the instant messaging software provided by WhatsApp Inc. and owned by Facebook, Inc.

"Kinnso Line" or "this Service" refers to the fully automated virtual service that allows you to communicate with this Platform through the Line platform, including all business partners using the Kinnso Line platform to communicate with you, and the Kinnso Line subscription service.

"Line" refers to the instant messaging platform developed by LY Corporation.

Kinnso Membership

You become a Kinnso member simply by registering on the website. During the use of the services, you may be required to create and maintain a Kinnso account (hereinafter referred to as "Kinnso Account").

Based on the terms of use of some services, you may be required to register and set a password on this Platform. If you log in through a third party website or service such as WhatsApp / Line, Kinnso may require your Kinnso user ID to match your username on the third party website or service.

The WhatsApp phone number / Line account used for third party login must be real and valid. Registrations using virtual phone numbers / accounts will not be accepted. Each member can only register one account with one WhatsApp phone number / Line account. Duplicate phone numbers / Line accounts or one person having multiple phone numbers / Line accounts will not be accepted, and Kinnso reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate such member's qualifications.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date user information to Kinnso. Failure to do so will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your right to use the Kinnso Account. Kinnso reserves the absolute discretion to refuse registration or cancel a Kinnso Account.

If a member changes their phone number / Line account, they must immediately notify Kinnso by emailing general@kinnso.ai . If any member is found to be using a phone number that does not actually belong to them to register or use Kinnso membership, Kinnso has the right to suspend or terminate such member's qualification without further notice.

Members must be at least 11 years old. If a customer is under 18, they should obtain parental or guardian consent before becoming a Kinnso member.

After becoming a member, this Platform will provide personalized product and promotion information based on your inquiries, browsing, and clicks.

This Platform will send members the latest news and announcements about our and our partners' products, promotions, marketing activities, and projects. When you use the services provided by this Platform, it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy Statement. Members should read the relevant terms and policies carefully. If you do not accept the relevant constraints, you should stop using this Service.

If you are under 18 years old, you may not participate in the membership plan unless your parent or guardian consents to the relevant privacy policy. If parents or guardians do not agree to the relevant privacy policy, you must exit the membership plan. If we collect personal information from an applicant under 18 without parental consent, we will delete that personal information as soon as possible. Parents can contact us at any time through to inquire, correct, or delete the personal information of the membership applicant.

Members can contact us at to apply for membership cancellation, which will be processed within 40 days.

Kinnso Points Terms and Conditions

Kinnso membership and points are for the member's personal use only and are non-transferable.

All member information, points, and redemption records are based on Kinnso's records.

If any member is found to be misusing others' accounts, registering membership or using membership benefits dishonestly, Kinnso has the right to freeze or terminate such memberships at any time without further notice.

Kinnso The validity period of Kinnso Points is as follows:

First validity period: Points earned from January 1 to June 30 each year will expire on December 31 of the same year. Members must redeem rewards using points by December 31 of the same year, otherwise, the points will automatically expire on January 1 of the following year.

Second validity period: Points earned from July 1 to December 31 each year will be valid until June 30 of the following year. Members must redeem rewards using points by June 30 of the following year, otherwise, the points will automatically expire on July 1 of the following year.

Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash in any way. Points cannot be sold, purchased, transferred, or transferred.

If Kinnso incorrectly awards any points to a member, Kinnso reserves the right to cancel or deduct such points without further notice.

If there is any dispute regarding points rewards, Kinnso reserves the final decision-making power.

Reward Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the terms of use before redeeming rewards with Kinnso Points. Once the redemption is confirmed, the system will immediately deduct the corresponding Kinnso Points from the member's account. The redemption cannot be changed or canceled.

Members must use the successfully redeemed rewards within the specified time limit, otherwise, they will be considered as automatically forfeited, and no rewards or Kinnso Points will be reissued. Rewards must be redeemed with Kinnso Points on the Kinnso website.

Kinnso and participating merchants/suppliers do not assume any responsibility for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognizable redemption information caused by network issues, system failures, phone reception issues, interception by third-party applications, or incomplete, incorrect, or omitted information, leading to an incomplete redemption or problems with the redemption.

Kinnso will not reissue rewards to members due to human errors (such as loss or theft).

Kinnso reserves the right to add, change, or terminate any gifts at any time, or to substitute with other gifts of equal value without prior notice. Members must check the availability of gifts on the Kinnso website before redeeming.

Any rewards and gifts received by members cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be canceled once received. Any received rewards and gifts and/or any unredeemed Kinnso Points are not eligible for cash refunds. Any cash vouchers and coupons obtained under these promotional rules cannot be exchanged for cash. The use of such cash vouchers and coupons is further subject to the terms and conditions of the merchants providing these vouchers and coupons.

Receipt Upload and Record Terms and Conditions

To use the "Upload Receipt" function, members must upload valid merchant-printed invoices and matching receipts (the purchaser must be the member themselves) to apply for points registration.

Kinnso will verify the submitted information within 21 working days (please keep the original merchant-printed invoices and matching receipts for future audit purposes). After verification, points will be credited to the member's account, and members can view the points status in "My Points Details" (sorted by date).

Members can only upload one merchant-printed invoice and matching receipt at a time. If multiple invoices and receipts are uploaded simultaneously, they will not be accepted.

On the "Upload Receipt" page, members must enter purchase information, including selecting relevant offers, merchant name, purchase date, purchase amount, and receipt number. If the entered information is incorrect or incomplete, the points registration application will be rejected.

Kinnso reserves the right to refuse points for problematic receipts, including but not limited to unclear uploaded images, duplicate receipt numbers, and exceeding the daily points redemption limit. All decisions will be subject to Kinnso's final determination.

Please ensure a stable network connection to successfully upload merchant-printed invoices and matching receipts. To ensure a smooth review process, the uploaded merchant-printed invoices and matching receipts must be clear and complete. Kinnso is not responsible for unsuccessful uploads due to unstable network conditions.

All uploaded receipt images are used solely for points registration and internal audit purposes. After the points registration is completed, the above information will be retained for 6 to 12 months.

Kinnso WhatsApp / Line Terms of Use

Amendments to Terms

This platform reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion from time to time without any liability to you. The platform will upload any amended terms on this website. If you continue to use the service after amendments to these terms, you should cease using the service.

License

In consideration of your agreement to comply with these terms, the platform grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this service, solely for your personal use on your mobile device within Hong Kong.

Intellectual Property of the Platform

You understand and agree that all rights, titles, interests, and intellectual property rights related to this service and its content (including all trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, any texts, images, links, and sound, and content accessible through third-party links) are exclusively owned by the platform or its third-party licensors. You do not have any rights, titles, or interests in this service or its content, except for the limited license granted above. You may not use any of the platform's or its third-party licensors' trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos, or any other intellectual property for any purpose. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as granting you any rights in such trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or intellectual property.

Privacy

In consideration of your agreement to comply with these terms, the platform grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this service, solely for your personal use on your mobile device within Hong Kong.

Your Conduct

You agree that you will:

Be responsible for any breach of these terms and for your actions or omissions, and the platform shall not be liable to you or any other person for such matters.

Only use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line or the service and its content for purposes expressly permitted by these terms.

Not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer Kinnso WhatsApp / Line or the service.

Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Kinnso WhatsApp / Line or the service, or the servers and networks providing Kinnso WhatsApp / Line.

Not copy, modify, reproduce, download, republish, sell, distribute, or resell Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the service, or its content (in whole or in part), or create derivative works thereof.

Not install, upload, or transmit (or allow the installation, uploading, or transmission of) any virus, instruction, code, technology, or device that can interrupt, cripple, damage, disable, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the service, or any telecommunications or computer systems or devices used to store or transmit any data.

Not take any action or allow any other person to take any action that would allow you or any other person to gain unauthorized access to, monitor, interfere with, or use any of the platform's computer systems or networks, or the computer systems or networks used to provide Kinnso WhatsApp / Line.

Not use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the service, or its content in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws, or to promote any unlawful activity.

Not infringe or violate the rights of any other person.

Not use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the service, or its content to send, communicate, or upload any material or content, or engage in any conduct or activities that are harassing, disruptive, abusive, offensive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or intimidating, or send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.

Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in any way intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.

Kinnso WhatsApp / Line Subscription Service

The platform reserves the right to determine or prescribe the scope and functionality of the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service from time to time and may cancel, withdraw, suspend, change, add to, or reduce the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service without notice or reason.

To use the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service, you must:

a) Hold a WhatsApp / Line account; and

b) Register for the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service as instructed by the platform.

Upon completing the registration, the platform will send electronic messages to you through the platform's WhatsApp / Line account. The content of the electronic messages is generated from Kinnso's public website.

Any electronic message data or conversation transmitted to you or others through the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service should not be construed as an offer or solicitation for any product or service.

Third-Party Materials

Kinnso WhatsApp / Line and its content may include materials from third parties. You understand and agree that the platform is not responsible for third-party materials and has no obligation to actively monitor or control them. The platform does not endorse, verify, or make any warranties or representations regarding any third-party materials. You assume all risks associated with the use or reliance on third-party materials.

Kinnso WhatsApp / Line may provide access to third-party materials provided and/or published by persons outside the platform, including general financial and market information, news services, market analysis, product information, and promotional information (collectively, "Third-Party Information"). It may also provide reports compiled from Third-Party Information in any form, media, or channels. Third-Party Information may be available on Kinnso WhatsApp / Line or accessible through links to third-party websites or resources ("Third-Party Websites"). The content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or opinions expressed in the Third-Party Information or through links provided in the information, or on Third-Party Websites, have not been investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by the platform. The platform expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, availability, errors, or omissions of the Third-Party Information provided on Kinnso WhatsApp / Line or any Third-Party Websites linked to Kinnso WhatsApp / Line.

You are solely responsible for conducting any necessary inquiries or investigations before connecting to or conducting offline browsing or transactions with any Third-Party Websites. You understand and accept that all activities you engage in through or on Kinnso WhatsApp / Line are at your own risk. The platform makes no guarantees regarding the security of any information you may provide to or be requested to provide by any person through Third-Party Websites. You are deemed to have irrevocably waived all claims against the platform for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your access to or interaction with any Third-Party Websites through Kinnso WhatsApp / Line.

Kinnso WhatsApp / Line may contain links to other websites or e-shops ("Company Websites and e-Shops") for your convenience. The products and services provided by Company Websites and e-Shops may be available only to individuals located or residing in specific jurisdictions. Additionally, the content of the Company Websites and e-Shops may be prohibited or restricted in certain jurisdictions and is not intended for individuals located or residing in those jurisdictions. The terms of use for the Company Websites and e-Shops provided by Kinnso may differ, and you should carefully review the applicable terms of use before using or browsing the relevant websites and e-shops.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in Section 8.2, the platform shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind that you may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with:

  1. Your use or inability to use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the service, any content posted on Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, or third-party information;
  2. Any malfunction, interruption, or delay in the service for any reason (including any malfunction or error of computers, electronic systems, or equipment);
  3. Any delay, loss, misdirection, interception, alteration, or error in any message transmitted by you to the platform or by the platform to you;
  4. Any loss or damage to your data, software, mobile device, or other equipment resulting from or related to your use of the service;
  5. Any malfunction or error of WhatsApp / Line, or any act or omission by WhatsApp Inc. / LY Corporation.

If it is proven that the events described in Section 8.1 were caused by (a) the platform, (b) the platform's agents, or (c) the negligence or willful misconduct of the platform's or its agents' officers or employees, the platform will be liable to you for any direct and reasonably foreseeable losses and damages you suffer as a result of such negligence or willful misconduct.

The platform shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage of any kind that you may incur or suffer due to any interruption, delay, or malfunction (whether total or partial) in the service provided to you, if such interruption, delay, or malfunction is caused by circumstances or events beyond the reasonable control of the platform or the platform's agents.

Security

You agree that the service is for your personal use only. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized or fraudulent access to your WhatsApp / Line account or any messages provided to you by the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your mobile device is adequately protected and for backing up data and/or equipment, including taking reasonable and appropriate precautions.

General Disclaimer

The Kinnso WhatsApp / Line and this service only provide general public information about Kinnso products and services. The Kinnso company website can also provide the same information.

The Kinnso WhatsApp / Line is primarily intended for use by anyone within Hong Kong. Kinnso will only provide the products and services mentioned in the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line to regions that are legally permitted at the time. This platform does not intend to provide this information to persons located or residing in regions where the law restricts the distribution of such information. You must understand and comply with these restrictions yourself.

Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of Kinnso WhatsApp / Line at any time at its sole discretion without notice or reason.

The platform reserves the right to immediately terminate your permission to access and use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line and its contents without notice or reason if:

  1. You seriously or repeatedly violate any terms in this agreement;
  2. The platform becomes aware or reasonably suspects that you are engaging, or intend to engage, in fraudulent activities or any illegal or inappropriate conduct;
  3. You are no longer authorized or eligible to use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line for any reason;WhatsApp / Line, for any reason, revokes the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line account or your account.

You may terminate your access and use of the service and content at any time by ceasing to use Kinnso WhatsApp / Line. You can contact us at general@kinnso.ai to cancel your membership or change subscription options to terminate the Kinnso WhatsApp / Line subscription service. The platform will use its best efforts to correct or delete your information within a reasonable period after receiving your request. Deleting your account with Kinnso will not automatically delete the personal information held by the platform. If you wish for all your personal information to be deleted and your account canceled, please follow the suggestions provided above. Please note that deleting your personal information from the platform's database will prevent us from providing any further services to you.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, unaffected by such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability.

Entire Agreement

This agreement contains the entire agreement between you and the platform regarding the subject matter hereof.

Waiver and Exercise of Remedies:

Any waiver by the platform of any provision of this agreement must be in writing and will only apply to the specific provision expressly stated in the written notice. The platform's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this agreement will not constitute a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. The exercise of any single or partial right, power, or remedy under this agreement does not preclude the platform from exercising any other or further right, power, or remedy. All rights, powers, or remedies under this agreement are cumulative and in addition to any rights, powers, or remedies provided by law.

Assignment

You may not assign any rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the platform. The platform may assign its rights or obligations under this agreement to any other person without your consent.

Third-Party Rights

Except for you and the platform, no other person has the right to enforce any provision of this agreement or benefit from any provision of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.

Information

In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the information provided on the Kinnso official website and Kinnso WhatsApp / Line, the information on the Kinnso official website shall prevail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. This agreement may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the personal data and other information we hold. For details on our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data, please visit https://www.kinnso.ai/privacy-policy .

General Terms

The platform reserves the right to change, terminate, or suspend the program, or change the terms and conditions related to it, at any time without notice or liability.

The platform is not obligated to notify members in advance that the program will be terminated or suspended, or that the terms and conditions have been updated. The platform's failure to enforce any term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition.

Disclaimer

Members use the platform at their own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage that members may incur as a result of using the platform. We are not liable for any damage caused by deleting member data, terminating membership, or stopping, interrupting, or terminating the rewards program.

All information, trademarks, logos, images, videos, sound files, links, and other materials (hereinafter referred to as "materials") on the platform and its website are for reference only. We may change the materials at any time at our discretion without notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all materials, but we do not guarantee that they are accurate. We are not liable for any errors or omissions.

In case of any dispute, the platform reserves the right to make the final decision.
