This document details the terms and conditions of the KOC Program (the "Program") provided by Kinnso Limited ("Kinnso" or the "Company"). Before participating in the Program, participants should carefully read and confirm their full understanding and agreement to comply with all contents of these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be 18 years of age or above and hold at least one valid social media account, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or Xiaohongshu.

1.2 Participants must have a valid FPS (Faster Payment System) account, or have their phone number linked to an FPS account, to receive cash rewards (if any) provided by the Program.

2. Program Participation and Code of Conduct

2.1 Participants commit to completing specified tasks as required by the Program and maintaining integrity and honesty throughout the participation process. If participants are found to engage in any dishonest, fraudulent, or other inappropriate behavior, Kinnso reserves the right to unilaterally terminate their eligibility, cancel or refuse to issue any rewards, and reserves the right to recover rewards already issued (including but not limited to free gifts, cash, or Kinnso Points).

2.2 Participants should publish content related to the Program's specified tasks on their personal social media platforms, including but not limited to images, text, or videos.

2.3 Participants must comply with the community guidelines of various social media platforms and must not publish any false, misleading, untruthful, or content that violates social ethics and morals.

3. Content Creation and Copyright License

3.1 For all content created by participants during the Program period (including but not limited to images, videos, and text), participants agree to grant Kinnso and its partner brands a non-exclusive, global, perpetual, royalty-free, and sub-licensable right of use for marketing, promotion, and other brand promotion-related purposes.

3.2 Participants guarantee that the content they provide is either original or fully authorized, without infringing upon any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. If the aforementioned content involves any disputes over third-party rights or legal liabilities, participants shall bear all related legal responsibilities and compensation obligations.

4. Reward Arrangements

4.1 The Program will provide corresponding rewards based on the type of tasks completed and participants' performance, including but not limited to free gifts, cash, or Kinnso Points.

4.2 All rewards issued in cash form will be paid through the FPS account provided by the participant. Participants must ensure that the FPS account information or phone number linked to the FPS account they provide is accurate. If reward issuance fails due to incorrect information provided, Kinnso will not reissue the cash reward and assumes no related responsibility.

4.3 Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Kinnso, gifts provided by this Program cannot be transferred to third parties, nor exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Becoming a Kinnso Platform User

5.1 All participants, upon successfully participating in this Program, automatically become Kinnso platform users and are bound by Kinnso's "Member Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy Statement" .

5.2 As platform users, participants can enjoy related services and functions provided by the platform and are obligated to properly maintain and manage the security and permissions of their platform accounts.

6. Termination of Eligibility and Disclaimer

6.1 Kinnso reserves the right to terminate participant eligibility at any time for any reason (including but not limited to participant violation of these terms and conditions, providing false information, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or violating the law) without further notice.

6.2 Kinnso assumes no legal or economic responsibility for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or any other negative impacts suffered by participants during the participation process.

7. Personal Data and Privacy Protection

Kinnso highly values your privacy and personal data. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the Company may send certain types of electronic messages, including emails and electronic messages. To further understand how the Company processes and uses data collected from you, and when and for what purposes , the Company or its agents or contractors may send emails or text messages to you by request, please visit the Company's "Privacy Policy Statement" .

8. General Provisions

8.1 Kinnso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, and may update these terms and conditions periodically without notice to participants. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing and understanding the latest terms and conditions.

8.2 If Kinnso fails to immediately enforce or require participants to comply with any part of these terms and conditions, it does not constitute a waiver of Kinnso's right to enforce such terms in the future.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Participants understand and agree to assume all risks associated with using the Kinnso platform and participating in this Program. Kinnso bears no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to participants as a result.

9.2 Kinnso assumes no compensation responsibility for any damage suffered by participants due to deletion of member data, termination of participant eligibility, suspension, interruption, or termination of the Program.

9.3 Kinnso will strive to maintain the accuracy and completeness of information on the platform but does not guarantee absolute accuracy of the data and assumes no legal responsibility for any erroneous information.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions, Kinnso Limited reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
