    Members can use the full Kinnso features, such as saving favorite articles, recording their planned trips, obtaining exclusive member discount coupons, and accumulating Kinnso Points to redeem rewards.

  2. What are "Kinnso Points" and how do I become a member?

    Kinnso Points is a reward program aimed at rewarding users. Users can earn additional points by completing simple tasks and interactions, which can then be redeemed for rewards. You can become a member by simply registering on the website / WhatsApp / Line, and enjoy more features. It is recommended to complete the third-party account linking for more convenient usage.

    Where can I earn "Kinnso Points"?

    You can earn Kinnso Points by completing the following tasks:

    1. Successfully claiming a promotion, you will get 10 Points!
    2. Filling out your member profile, you will get 10 Points!
    3. Sharing the referral link with new Kinnso users, you and the user will each get 30 Points after they successfully register!
    4. Uploading receipts, you will get 10 Points per successful upload!
  3. How long will it take for the points I've earned to show up in my account?

    The points from a-d will be added and displayed in your account on the same day you successfully complete the simple tasks.

  4. How do I redeem rewards?

    Log in to the website, go to the "Rewards Center" from the homepage, select the reward you want to redeem, and click "Purchase". The reward will be directly deposited into your coupon wallet as a promo code or QR code.

  5. How do I claim promotions?

    Website users: On the homepage, click "Promotions" to enter the promotion section, select the coupon you want to claim, and click "Claim Promotion". Then send the auto-generated promotion message on WhatsApp/Line to receive the promo code or QR code.

    WhatsApp users: Enter the Kinnso chat, type "Menu" then "8" to go to the "Promotions" page, select the coupon you want to claim, and click "Claim Promotion". Then send the auto-generated promotion message on WhatsApp to receive the promo code or QR code.

    Line users: Enter the Kinnso chat, click "Promotions", select the coupon you want to claim, and click "Claim Promotion" to receive the promo code or QR code.

  6. Do Kinnso Points expire?

    Details on the validity period of Kinnso Points are as follows:<br />First round validity period: Points earned from January 1 to June 30 each year will expire on December 31 of the same year. Members must redeem the points for rewards by December 31 of the same year, otherwise the points will automatically expire on January 1 of the following year.<br />Second round validity period: Points earned from July 1 to December 31 each year are valid until June 30 of the following year. Members must redeem the points for rewards by June 30 of the following year, otherwise the points will automatically expire on July 1 of the following year.

  7. Where can I check the details of the points expiry date?

    WhatsApp users: Users can enter the Kinnso chat room via WhatsApp, type "Menu", then enter "7" to check the points.

    Line users: Enter the Kinnso chat room via Line, select "My Points", then choose "Points Expiry Date" to check the validity period of the points.

  8. Can I share my points with others?

    No. Kinnso membership and points are for the user's personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.

  9. How do I update my phone number?

    If a member changes their phone number, they must immediately email to general@kinnso.ai to notify Kinnso and re-register for Kinnso membership using the new phone number. If Kinnso discovers that any member is using a phone number that does not belong to them to register or use the Kinnso membership, Kinnso has the right to suspend or terminate that member's eligibility without further notice.

  10. What is Inspiration Chat?

    Inspiration Chat is the AI chatbot function that can be used to consult on travel-related questions, such as local weather and travel tips.

  11. What is My Itinerary?

    After using the trip planning feature, the itinerary can be saved, and you can view "My Itinerary" anytime later.

  12. When using Find Food / Find Attractions, how can I modify the previously entered criteria?

    After the AI bot provides recommendations, whether you had previously entered something incorrectly or want to change the input criteria, you can select "Modify Information" to make changes. If you want to add more information, select "Add Information".
