Terms and Conditions for Kinnso Chatbot
By using the Kinnso chatbot, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Kinnso chatbot is a fully automated conversational chatbot that will interact with you. The chatbot is supported by big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology to respond to your queries. Due to continuous technological development, the accuracy, relevance, completeness, and quality of the responses may vary.
- All materials of the Kinnso chatbot, including text, data, images, animations, and photos, are owned or registered by Kinnso; if provided by a third party, they are owned or registered by that third party. Kinnso reserves all rights.
- All information you provide through the Kinnso chatbot will be collected, stored, and used by Kinnso, or transmitted to third parties authorized by Kinnso, to improve the accuracy and quality of Kinnso's services. You understand and authorize the recording of all communications between you and the Kinnso chatbot (including any shared, annotated, and exchanged documents or files). Kinnso will also retain such communication records in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations, as well as Kinnso's internal policies. The Kinnso chatbot will not request any sensitive personal information from you during the conversation. - The Kinnso chatbot operates on WhatsApp / Line, and therefore the use of the Kinnso chatbot is also subject to the terms of service of WhatsApp / Line, including but not limited to the legal terms and privacy policy ("WhatsApp Terms and Conditions" / "Line Terms and Conditions"). The WhatsApp / Line terms and conditions may be revised from time to time without prior notice, and Kinnso will not notify you of such changes. - Kinnso will not be responsible for any data loss or communication errors caused by technical failures of WhatsApp / Line.
- In any dispute, Kinnso may use the recorded communications (or transcripts of any voice dialogues conducted through the Kinnso chatbot), and you agree not to challenge their validity, admissibility, or enforceability on the grounds that they are in electronic form. You agree that the content of the recorded communications belongs to Kinnso and may be used for training, quality control, and dispute resolution purposes.
- All information provided by the Kinnso chatbot is for reference only.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinnso shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage) caused by any content provided by Kinnso and the Kinnso chatbot to you.
- Kinnso reserves the right to suspend and terminate your connection and use of the Kinnso chatbot.
- You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your electronic devices and data. You acknowledge that any person who shares your electronic devices can access all information you have provided to Kinnso through the Kinnso chatbot, including your conversation history. If the Kinnso chatbot is unable to function normally for any reason, or is interfered with or affected by computer viruses, vulnerabilities, worms, Trojans, denial-of-service attacks, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failures, any deficiencies in the WhatsApp / Line service, or any other reasons beyond Kinnso's control, Kinnso reserves the final right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Kinnso chatbot service without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes regarding the use of the Kinnso chatbot, Kinnso reserves the final decision.
